LEADERSHIP

Troop 100's leadership team works hard to provide a great program for our Scouts.  While we take our responsibilities very seriously, we aren't afraid to be a little goofy and have fun, too.

SCOUTMASTER – BILL BOYLE

Mr. Boyle has been involved with Scouting since his son, Billy, joined Pack 100 as a Tiger in 2014. In April 2019, he founded Troop 100.  A licensed Architect, he has crafted a Troop identity that encourages citizenship and camaraderie. For his outstanding leadership to the Pack and his Den, Mr. Boyle received the Scouter's Training Award in 2018, and the Den Leader's Training Award in 2016 & 2017.  He completed Wood Badge training in May 2018.   He is a recipient of the District's  Valuable Scouter award.  Mr. Boyle is currently the Everglades District Eagle Board Chairman.

ASSISTANT SCOUTMASTER - BRIAN BOYLE

The former Cubmaster of Pack 100, Mr. Boyle crossed over in April 2019 to help establish Troop 100. An Eagle Scout himself, Brian encourages citizenship and outdoorsmanship in the Scouts.  A Woodbadge recipient, Brian also staffed the S4-85-19 Course.  Mr. Boyle received the Scouter's Key in 2018 for his outstanding leadership, and the District Award of Merit in 2019.  In addition to his duties with the Troop and his continued duties as Pack 100's Trainer, Brian now serves as the District Executive for Everglades District.

A Civil and Environmental engineer, Tzufit encourages Scouts to always pursue engineering, be conservation-minded, and to always Dream Big.  Outside of the Pack, she is a Fellow and Past President of the West Palm Beach branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
